Own Hub العربية

Opening soon, for women in Egypt

Your training, your food, your cycle. Women only.

Home workouts, food you already cook, and your cycle, in one app only verified women can enter. In Arabic and English.

The first 100 women on the list try Own Hub before it opens to everyone, and get their first month of Pro free when Pro arrives.

An Egyptian mobile number starting 010, 011, 012 or 015, or an email address.

That is all we ask for. The waitlist is not an account. What we keep, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.

The Own Hub home screen: today's workout, this week's progress, and breakfast.

What is inside it#

Train, cook and follow your cycle, privately. In the app, “Show me around” shows it all on a sample week before you join, and saves nothing.

  • The workout player: one move, three sets, and a button for the set you just finished.
Train. Tap a set when you finish it. The rest timer starts itself.
  • Her progress card: workouts done, meals added and personal bests, ready to share. Her weight is on it only if she adds it.
Progress. One card of what you have done, to share if you want.
  • My cycle in the tour: how are you feeling, with today, calendar and patterns.
My cycle. Private from the start, gentler on harder days.

What is not in this version: there is no community and no coaching, so nothing in the app connects you to another member, and there is no assistant.

Women only, checked once#

A space for women only means something only if it is checked. So every member is checked once, at the door, and then the check stays out of her way.

Your cycle, measurements and weight stay on your phone unless you choose to back them up. The privacy policy says exactly what the app keeps, where, and for how long.

  1. You join with your Egyptian mobile number and a code sent by SMS.
  2. You show your national ID card and take a live selfie. If the check cannot decide, a woman from Own Hub contacts you to arrange it.
  3. The check runs on our own server in Frankfurt, Germany. The photographs of your card and your face are never stored.
